Refund policy

Breezy Shell wants returns and refunds to be handled clearly, fairly, and professionally. This policy explains when a return may be accepted, how to start a return, how return shipping is handled, and when refunds are issued.
30-Day Return Window
Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. To request a return, you must contact Breezy Shell within the 30-day return window and receive return authorization before sending any item back.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, an item must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, clean, complete, and in the same condition that you received it. It must include the original packaging, manuals, parts, accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.
Returned items are inspected after they arrive. Breezy Shell may refuse a return or reduce a refund if an item is used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, missing packaging, returned late, or otherwise does not meet this policy.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@breezyshell.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible issue.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Breezy Shell offers free standard shipping on every product we sell. Free standard outbound shipping does not automatically include free return shipping.
If a return is required because an item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or because of a fulfillment error, Breezy Shell will provide next steps and will cover the reasonable return shipping or replacement handling required to resolve the issue.
If a return is due to preference, fit, duplicate order, changed mind, incorrect item ordered, refused delivery, missed delivery appointment, or an address issue not caused by Breezy Shell, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any carrier or freight charges associated with the return.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered. We will review the issue and work to make it right through a replacement, part shipment, return, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
For freight deliveries, note any visible damage with the carrier before signing whenever possible and keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
Oversized, Heavy, and Freight Items
Some products are oversized, heavy, or shipped by freight carrier. These items may require special return instructions, pickup coordination, original packaging, palletized return preparation, or carrier scheduling.
Do not return oversized or freight items without written authorization from Breezy Shell. Unauthorized freight returns may be refused. Customer-responsibility returns involving oversized or freight items may have higher return shipping costs charged by the carrier or supplier.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including gift cards, products marked final sale, custom or special-order products, used items, installed items, assembled items, items missing original packaging or parts, and products that cannot be returned for health, safety, regulatory, or shipping reasons.
If a product has specific return limitations, those limitations may appear on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or return authorization instructions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item if it is eligible and place a new order for the replacement item. Replacement orders are subject to current availability and pricing.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since Breezy Shell approved your refund, contact us at info@breezyshell.com.
Shipping upgrades, special delivery services, installation services, assembly services, and other non-product service charges are not refundable unless required by law or caused by a Breezy Shell error.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is returned to sender because delivery was refused, an appointment was missed, the address was incorrect or incomplete, the package was not picked up, or the carrier could not complete delivery for reasons outside Breezy Shell's control, any refund may be reduced by return shipping, freight, storage, or carrier fees charged in connection with the shipment.
