Breezy Shell ships a broad selection of outdoor living, home, recreation, fitness, sporting goods, patio, pool, and lifestyle products. Our shipping policy is designed to keep checkout simple, shipping costs clear, and delivery expectations straightforward.

Free Standard Shipping on Every Product

Every product available for purchase on BreezyShell.com includes free standard shipping. There is no minimum order requirement for standard shipping, and the standard shipping charge for eligible products is $0 at checkout.

Optional upgraded delivery services, special appointments, or delivery services beyond standard carrier delivery may have separate costs if they are offered and selected before the order is placed.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States unless another destination is made available at checkout. Some oversized, heavy, or freight items may have destination limits, including restrictions for PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or remote delivery areas.

Order Processing

Most orders begin processing within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Because Breezy Shell carries a wide assortment of products, some large, oversized, supplier-direct, or specialty items may require additional handling time before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most standard parcel orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days after shipment. Oversized, heavy, or freight deliveries may take approximately 5 to 15 business days after shipment or carrier scheduling.

Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, freight scheduling, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

Carriers and Freight Delivery

Orders may ship by parcel carrier, regional carrier, supplier-direct shipment, or freight carrier depending on the product size, weight, warehouse location, and delivery destination.

Large or heavy items may be delivered by truck freight and may require a delivery appointment, phone number, signature, or curbside delivery. Unless expressly stated on the product page or at checkout, delivery does not include inside placement, assembly, installation, or removal of old items or packaging.

Tracking and Split Shipments

When tracking is available, it will be sent by email after the order ships. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after a carrier receives the package.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately and may arrive on different days. Separate tracking numbers may be provided for different shipments.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Breezy Shell is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, return shipping costs, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address issue after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has begun processing or shipped.

Delivery Issues, Damage, or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery promptly. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

For freight deliveries, note any visible damage with the carrier before accepting the shipment whenever possible. Please keep all packaging until the issue is reviewed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows a delay, please allow the carrier reasonable time to update the shipment. If a package appears lost or has not moved for an unusual period, contact us and we will work with the carrier or supplier to help resolve the matter.
